1 2 ' (      are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 21.12.2020 (Annexure P/19) vide which the claim of the petitioners for release of remaining 30% of salary and refund of the security amount and also for grant of interest @ 12% per annum, was rejected. 2.

Reply by way of short affidavit dated 23.02.2026 of Anita Sharma, District Education Officer (SE), Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3, is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the opposite counsel. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the dispute being inter se the Management and the employees-petitioners, falls within the jurisdiction of the Educational Tribunal in terms of DIWAKER GULATI 2026.02.24 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-

 

 Section 7-A of the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974, therefore, the same may be transferred to the Tribunal for adjudication.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is ordered to be transferred to the Educational Tribunal having the jurisdiction. Parties are directed to appear before it on 04.05.2026. Registry is directed to send the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
