Status report by way of an affidavit of Subhash Chand, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, District Sirsa on behalf of the respondent/State has been filed in Court, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
