The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 52 dated 17.04.2020, registered under Sections 307, 324, 325, 326, 341, 120-B, 148 read with Section 149 IPC, Police Station Hoshiarpur. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 29.05.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same. According to him, no injury has been attributed to the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the case. 3.
Learned State counsel has not controverted the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that, per his instructions SONU 2020.06.15 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
from ASI Rashwinder Pal Singh, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant oppose any concession to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has posted the some threatening photographs on the social media. On a query posed by this Court, as to whether any complaint has been filed by the complainant in this regard, learned counsel for the complainant replied in negative. 5.
In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 29.05.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitionerÕs complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
