Mr. K.S. Sidhu, DAG, Punjab along with ASI Avtar Singh. Mr. B.S. Jaswal, Advocate for the complainant. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.93 dated 31.7.2014 under Sections 420 (later on added 467,468,471,120-B IPC), registered at P.S Rajasansi, Amritsar.

As per the allegations, the petitioner is stated to have introduced the complainant with the main accused-Lakhvir Singh for arranging a permanent Visa for going to Canada. They are alleged to have received Rs.17 lacs and have furnished a fake Visa for Canada. Learned counsel for the complainant states that as far as the petitioner is concerned, he has returned his share of money and, therefore there is a settlement qua him with the complainant. Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh,

CRM-M- 2534 of 2015 #2# concedes that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 04.02.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
