ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.41 dated 14.03.2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 IPC at Police Station City Faridkot, District Faridkot. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 17.08.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajpal SIngh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
