RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 39 dated 27.04.2017 registered under Section 379 IPC at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Surender Kumar, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.
