In this Writ petition the petitioner has challenged the very classification of the petitioner's loan account as NPA on 28.11.2020 contending that such action could not have been taken during the currency of the moratorium period granted by the Supreme Court in the case of Gajendra Sharma vs. Union of India Writ Petition(s) (Civil) No(s). 825/2020.

CWP No. 7948 of 2022 Annexure R1 dt.1.8.2022 withdrawing the notice dt.4.11.2020 and 12.1.2021 issued on the basis of the declaration of the loan account of the petitioner as an NPA on 28.11.2020.

Accordingly, this Writ petition has become infructuous, and the same is disposed of.
