**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 765 dated 28.9.2015 registered at Police Station City Thanesar, Kurukshetra under Sections 304-B, 302 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 28.9.2015 and the investigation is over. Counsel states that the marriage took place in January 2011 and the wife had a miscarriage in September 2015 and she could not bear the loss and, therefore, committed suicide.
State counsel opposed the bail application and has urged that the deceased had left a note where she had mentioned that she was aggrieved and the reason is reflected in the FIR and the petitioner was having illicit relations.
The trial has commenced. One witness has been examined. The incident had taken place in the matrimonial home. The FIR refers to the Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2016.08.10 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
