Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has moved a complaint (Annexure P-1) to the police on 22.09.2014 levelling allegations against respondents No.4 to 6 but the police has not taken any action despite repeated requests by the petitioner. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Illaqa Magistrate and avail the legal remedy available to him, in accordance with law.
