2. Mr. Amardeep Sheoran, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant. The same is taken on record.

3. Learned counsel for the complainant has stated that the complainant has already submitted affidavit Annexure P-2 dated 05.02.2024 to the effect that the case has been registered against the petitioner in some mis-understanding and that the petitioner had not demanded any money from him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further apprised this Court that the co-accused Sahil @ Deepak and Kapil have since been granted concession of bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge dealing with the case and the petitioner is at par with these persons so far as the allegations levelled in the FIR is concerned.

5. List on 23.04.2024.

6. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and in the event of his arrest, he is ordered to be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. He shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C+7 .+
