***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Mewat, Haryana to look into the matter and to get the alleged threat perception of the petitioner examined. In case, the apprehension of petitioner as regards threat to his life and liberty is found to be well founded, then necessary steps be taken to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner in any manner.

As far as the prayer of petitioner for lodging of an FIR against the private respondents is concerned, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the Area Magistrate concerned in terms of provisions of Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. or to have recourse to any other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him.
