RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent no.2 to call for status report, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, to take appropriate legal action against respondents no.3 to 5, who are harassing the petitioner and pressurizing her to compromise the matter and further to transfer the investigation by constituting Special Investigation Team of higher police official not below the rank of Superintendent. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 20.03.2023, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
