Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is Chairman of All India Detective Anti Crime Bureau, Phagwara, District Kapurthala, is actively working for the welfare of the society and reporting the activities of the Government/police officials including SI Sukhvir Singh, who has now posed danger to his life from anti-social elements.

This petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation made by petitioner Annexure P-1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of certified copy of this order in his office.
