-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.355 dated 28.10.2019 under Sections 328, 498-A and 506 IPC (Section 406 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh.

Counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2020. Investigation is complete and challan has already been presented in the Court. It is further contended that the complainant had alleged that the petitioner and her family members gave her poisonous substance but she refused to give her urine and blood samples. Moreover, on investigation, family members of the petitioner have been found innocent.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State opposes the regular bail, who argues that no ground is made out for concession of regular bail.
