**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent Nos 4 to 6.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Samina Dhir, D.A.G. Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

This petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent No.2- Senior Supdt of Police, District Tarn Taran, for protection, as per the instructions dated 10.08.2010 issued by the Home Department, Punjab, who will look into their representation dated 22.05.2020 (P-5).
