The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.51 dated 10.08.2022, registered under Sections 15 and 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 411 and 473 IPC at Police Station Bakhshiwala, District Patiala. 2.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 3 months and 13 days. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
