Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.31 dated 17.02.2024, under Sections 379-B, 353, 186, 323 of the IPC (Section 148 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Boha, District Mansa.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been named in the FIR, however, no specific role has been attributed therein to him. He further submits that even the injuries, which have been allegedly suffered by the complainant, are declared "simple in nature". He further submits that petitioner's coaccused, namely, Randeep Singh @ Rana has been granted the concession of regular bail, and, coaccused Inderjit Singh and Jashanpreet Singh @ Jashan have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail, respectively vide orders dated 05.03.2024 and AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2024.05.13 22:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
13.03.2024, by the learned trial Court concerned. Lastly, he submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents, inasmuch as, he is not involved in any other criminal case.

4. Mr. Pardeep Bajaj, D.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Punjab.
5. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
