(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to enquire/investigate into the matter and to take strict legal action. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that complaint dated 21.1.2022 (Annexure P-5) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
