(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has solemnized the marriage with respondent No.5 way back in the year 1996 and two children were born from this wedlock. She was suffering from Tuberculosis. As she was tortured and turned out from the matrimonial house on 23.10.2010, therefore, she was living with his mother. The divorce petition filed by her husband has been dismissed, vide judgment and decree dated 24.04.2014 (Annexure P-1). Thereafter, on a false complaint made by her husband, the petitioner has been calling by Superintendent of Police (D) in his office just to harass her. In this regard, the representation dated 25.07.
2016 (Annexure P-5) has been made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala but no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala (respondent No.2), to call the petitioner and to look into her representation (Annexure P-5), in accordance with law.
