The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.95, dated 22.11.2019, registered under Sections 377, 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of POCSO Act, 2012, at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Jagdeep Singh submits that all prosecution witnesses have been examined. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
