**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is being harassed by respondents No. 4 & 5 in an effort to grab her property which her deceased husband had already purchased. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the instant petition be treated as a representation and respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. A.A. Pathak, learned Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State. Let three copies of the petition be supplied to him during the course of the day.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
