Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.78 dated 25.05.2015, under Sections 411, 414, 489-A, B, C of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, Section 3 of Indian Passport Act, 1967, Section 14 of Foreigner Act, 1946, Section 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 3 of Official Secrets Act, 1923 registered at Police Station City Gharinda, Amritsar.

Following order was passed by this Court on 18.08.2015:- "List again on 11.09.2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the

(2) of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973." Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Gurmail Singh has submitted that the petitioners has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
