R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in Complaint No. 15 dated 11.07.2013 for offence under Section 3

(10) of the S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, pending in the Court of Magistrate, Dasuya.

Summoning order was passed in the aforesaid complaint case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court in terms of interim stay granted to him and he is regularly appearing before the trial Court.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the interim order dated 22.08.2014 is made absolute subject to the petitioner keep on appearing before the trial Court on each date of hearing of case. The bail bonds already furnished by the petitioner to the satisfaction of Court concerned would continue during pendency of the trial.

Allowed in the above terms.
