Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 35 dated 18.5.2015 under Section 307, 436, 148, 149, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Raikot, District Ludhiana (R).

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 04.8.2015:- "The present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case First Information Report No.35 dated 18.5.2015 registered under Sections 307, 436, 148, 149, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Raikot, District Ludhiana (R). It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the only allegation against him is that he was involved in the conspiracy of committing crime. Meantime, the petitioner will join investigation. In case of his arrest, he shall be enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer subject to the following conditions:- 1) that he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

2) that he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and ; 3) that he shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court."

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Baljit Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 4.8.2015 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
