Prayer in this petition is for issuing directions to carry out fair and expeditious investigation in FIR No.213 dated 18.7.2023 (Annexure P-4) under Sections 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents No.4 to 10. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage if the representations dated 04.9.2023 and 13.12.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) are decided by the respondents-authorities in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from LASI Nirdosh has informed that the challan has been prepared and is pending before D.O. office and likely to be filed shortly in the trial Court.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the State, no further directions are required to be issued in the present case. However, in the meantime, the respondents-authorities shall decide the representations dated 04.9.2023 and 13.12.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) moved by the petitioner within a period of six months from today.
