ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to official respondents to conclude the investigation and file status report in FIR No.336 dated 30.12.2017 registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1985 and 182 of the IPC at Police Station Sahnewal, Ludhiana. Reply by way of affidavit of the Assistant Commissioner of Police (South), Ludhiana on behalf of the respondent filed in the Court is taken on record.

In para 3 of the affidavit, it is stated that on completion of the investigation, challan/final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was presented on 28.10.2018.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of.
