This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 224 dated 04.06.2015 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B IPC at Police Station Kharkhoda, Sonepat.

Learned State counsel seeks to place on record reply by way of affidavit of Pardeep Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kharkhoda at Sonipat. Same is taken on record. According to him, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated August 05, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
