AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The present appeal is directed against the concurrent findings of facts and law, whereby, the suit for mandatory injunction has been decreed and the appeal filed before the Lower Appellate Court, has also been dismissed.
As per office report, notices could not be issued to LRs of sole respondent No.(i) (ii) and (iv) for want of complete address and the application for bringing on record legal representatives of sole respondent no.(iii) and (v), has not been filed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that despite repeated requests, no information has been received from her client. Since counsel for the appellant is unable to comply with the order dated 09.10.2017, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
