(Oral) The present petition has been filed for the quashing of an FIR No.49 dated 23.07.2016 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) with Police Station Mukandpur, District SBS Nagar, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom being totally illegal and an abuse of process of law in view of the fact that the petitioner has been found to be innocent in both the untraced reports dated 13.03.2017 (Annexure P-2) and 11.11.2017 (Annexure P-3), which further stands approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar vide his report dated 22.11.2017 (Annexure P-4). The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2complainant submits that the untraced report submitted before the Illaqa SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.05.20 05:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Magistrate was rejected vide order dated 12.11.2021 and the matter has now been sent back for further investigation.
