**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 62 dated 15.5.2014 registered under Sections 307/324/323/506/148/149 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on), read with Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was on regular bail and he had been regularly appearing before the learned trial court on each and every date of hearing. However, on 7.4.2015, petitioner could not put appearance before the learned trial court because of bonafide reasons which were beyond his control. He further submits that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court on the date already fixed, i.e. 12.8.2015 and the learned trial court may be directed to consider bail application of the petitioner, within a reasonable time. Criminal Misc. No. M-25430 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, learned trial court is directed that if the petitioner surrenders on the date already fixed, i.e. 12.8.2015, his bail application shall be considered keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, at an early date.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
