G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 08.06.2020, the petitioner has put in appearance before the CJM, Palwal/Trial Court on 11.06.2020 and has been admitted to regular bail to the satisfaction of the said Court.

Keeping in view the fact that the dispute as such was arising out of the marriage of the petitioner and he is residing with his wife and he had been declared as Proclaimed Offender in the year 2011, once appearance has been put in, the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. 07.07.2020 (G.S.
