Present appeal pertains to the year 1996. On 18.10.2024 the following order was passed :

" None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, despite the Registry informing the counsel for the appellants.

As per the office report, the counsel earlier representing respondent Nos.3 to 5 is stated to have died. Respondent No.2 is also stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1 and 6 were not found residing at the given addresses. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellants, at the first instance, returnable 28.01.2025."

As per office report, appellant No.1 is stated to be not residing at the given address. Appellant No.2 is stated to have died. There is no other address of appellant No.1 available except for the one as mentioned in the JITENDER KUMAR 2025.05.16 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

RSA-1027-1996 -2memo of parties as well as in the judgments of both the Courts. None has come forward to be impleaded as the legal representative of appellant No.2. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
