(ORAL) 1, The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure P-9) whereby passport of the petitioner has been impounded. 2.
Mr. Anoop Verma, Advocate, submits that petitioner has filed appeal against impugned order dated 15.01.2024. The appeal was filed on 31.01.2024 but the Appellate Authority till date has not adjudicated the same. The petitioner is a minor child and her father is staying out of country. She has to join company of her father. 3.
