Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent-Municipal Corporation, Panchkula not to interfere in the business of display of outdoor advertisement, being carried out by the petitioners at Bus Stand, Sector-5, Panchkula, in terms of the contract dated 07.12.2022 (Annexure P-2), awarded by the Haryana Roadways, Panchkula.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that no action is contemplated against the petitioner, as on date; and in case, any action is to be taken against the petitioners by the Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, a prior notice as well as due opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to the petitioners in that regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage. 4.
