Through the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., quashing of FIR No. 11 dated 23.01.2016, registered under Section 420 IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971, at Police Station Rajound, District Kaithal is sought. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the charges in the case have been framed against the petitioner, he seeks to withdraw the present petition, enabling the petitioner to avail of her remedy to challenge the charge-sheet before the Revisional Court. Permitted to do so.
