**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents not to conduct multiple enquiries on the same subject matter.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the State was conducting multiple enquiries and they had moved the Court for directions to the investigating agency to conclude the investigation and not hold multiple enquiries. Counsel also refers to the report dated 6.4.2016. Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record passport details of Pardeep Kumar. A copy of the same has been handed over to the State counsel.

State counsel informs that they have the details of the passport and look out notice had been issued in June 2015. He further states that Pardeep Kumar-husband was declared proclaimed offender and challan as against him had been filed whereas the father-in-law and mother-in-law of Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2018.04.06 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-26367 of 2016 -2the petitioner were found to be innocent.

State counsel informs that Inspector General of Police had supervised the investigation and challan had been presented. He also states that in the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act, the Court has only initiated action against the husband.

The challan against the husband has been filed. The police had given a clean chit to the in-laws. The police would continue to pursue the look out notice to bring it to a logical conclusion. The petition is disposed of as no other directions are required to be given.
