(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the inquiry of the matter in the light of the order dated 07.02.2013 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Court. Learned State Counsel on instructions states that after inquiry, the cancellation report was prepared by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Payal, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. However, the Superintendent of Police did not concur with the findings and the matter was sent back for re-investigation. Re-investigation is being carried out by the team headed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Payal, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

The inquiry be concluded within six weeks from today. In case, the petitioner has any grouse, she is at liberty to either revive the present petition or file any other petition, in accordance with law. Disposed of, accordingly.
