The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 15.01.2024 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, appellant No.1 is stated to be residing abroad. Appellant No.2 is stated to have died. There is no other address of appellant No.1 available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.2.

Mr. Ankit Gupta, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and has filed his power of attorney on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and memo of parties on behalf of respondent No.3, which are taken on record.
