This petition for pre-arrest bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023'. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.244 dated 16.09.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 190, 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 351(3) & 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal. 2.
Vide order dated 11.03.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety VIPIN KUMAR 2026.04.17 20:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance with order dated 11.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation, and that for further investigation of this case his custodial interrogation is not required.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, the order dated 11.03.2026, granting interim anticipatory bail to him, is hereby made absolute.
