The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No.2&3 to initiate inquiry against respondent No.5. He is further seeking direction to respondents to decide his representation.

The petitioner is a public-spirited person. He claims that respondent No.5 has secured job as PTI Teacher, Government School, Ujhana, Jind on the basis of PTI diploma which he obtained during his service as Punjab Home Guard. He preferred a representation to Director, Primary Education Panchkula-respondent No.2 who directed District Elementary Education Officer, Jind-respondent No.3 to inquire into his complaint. He preferred letter dated 09.07.2025 to respondent No.3 to take action against respondent No.5 on the basis of letter of respondent No.2 but to no avail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Mahender Singh, District Elementary Education Officer, submits that matter has been inquired by a Committee of three Principals/Teachers. As per report dated 09.06.2025 passed by District Elementary Education Officer, Jind, there is no infirmity in the certificates of respondent No.5. Report dated 09.06.2025 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

In the wake of aforesaid statement and report dated 09.06.2025, the petition stands disposed of.
