This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.

dated 02.06.2013 under Sections 395/397/420/467/468/471 IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Karnal, district Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not appear before the trial court on one date i.e 01.05.2015 due to strike of public and private transport. Due to this reason, his bail bonds and surety bonds were cancelled. Resultantly, non-bailable warrants of arrest were issued. According to learned counsel, petitioner had been regularly appearing before the trial court and never intended to absent from the court proceedings. He submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before trial court and also furnish an undertaking that he shall not absent himself from court proceedings on any date in future.
