**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the appellant submits that despite all possible efforts appellant is unable to trace the LRs of respondent No.3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is constrained to proceed further. While awarding the compensa7on, the liability of respondents No.3 and 4 was held to be joint and several. Respondent No.4 was directed to make the payment, but with a recovery rights against respondent No.3.
