(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.53, dated 21.06.2012, registered at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 13.02.2023 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Pursuant to order dated 28.03.2023, report dated 21.04.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Malerkotla, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.53, dated 21.06.2012, registered at Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
