Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.269 dated 28.9.2025 under Sections 21/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Amritsar.

Faced with the situation that the FIR is still under investigation and challan has not been filed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
