The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1(i), 1(vi) and respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 are stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant Nos.1(i), 1(vi) and respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. Appellant Nos.1(ii), 1(iii), 1(iv) and respondent No.7 stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. Mr. Bhisham Kumar Majoka, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 8 and has filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record. None has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 despite counsel being informed.
