It was way back on 12.03.2024 that this informa+on was provided, but +ll date, no applica+on has been moved to implead her LRs. Counsel request for one more opportunity and also undertakes to file his power of a0orney on the next date of hearing. Adjourned to 29.01.2026.

It shall be the last opportunity for this purpose, otherwise it shall be presumed that appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal. Till date, no applica5on has been moved to bring on record the LRs of the deceased appellant. So much so, nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that appellants/LRs are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal.
