******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) On the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition was fixed for today. On 01.06.2018, the order was passed as follows:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain reasons, payment of balance amount could not be made. He requests for one month more time for making entire due payment to the bank.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, time for making entire payment of due amount is extended up to 30.06.2018. Interim order dated 28.07.2017 shall stand vacated w.e.f. 01.07.2018 and in the event of payment of entire due amount being not made, petitioner will appear before the Investigating Officer, who will take him in custody."

CRM-M-25523-2017 -2Learned counsel appearing for the complainant-bank submits that the payment of entire amount due against the petitioner has not been made so far. The petitioner had paid only `12 lakhs out of `18 lakhs of loan amount.

Today, none has appeared for the petitioner. The petitioner appears to be not interested in pursuing this petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution as well as for non-compliance of order dated 01.06.2018.
