(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 30.01.2026 (Annexure P-19) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Aandhli, Block Siwan, District Kaithal.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant writ petition, petitioner has inadvertently not challenged order dated 25.02.2026 passed by learned Commissioner; accordingly he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders impugned in the present petition as well the order dated 25.02.2026, in accordance with law.
