On 19.10.2024 the following order was passed : " Learned counsel for the parties' state that they have no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the parties, returnable 28.01.2025." 2.

As per the office report both the appellant as well as the respondent are stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
