Pursuant to the order dated 07.12.2023 passed in RSA-4611996, notice was issued to respondent No.1 therein, who is the appellant herein. As per the office report, the notice has been received back with the report that Gurdial Singh has since died. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
